- Day 1 - Depart USA Overnight flight to Paris.
- Day 2 - Arrive Paris (7 nights) Welcome to Paris! After check-in, time to relax and to look foward to a week in France’s elegant and glittering capital! There is so much to see and do – particularly at this wonderful time of year when a festive atmosphere is in the air!
- Day 3 - Paris sightseeing First of all we include a guided sightseeing tour, which takes in all the main highlights including the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées, Place de l’Opera, views of Notre Dame and of course the Eiffel Tower. We will see the Boulevard Haussman where the big stores such as Galeries Lafayette – for which you will have discount vouchers – have their windows specially dressed for children at Christmas. Why not buy some chestnuts ‘roasting in an open fire’ from a Parisian street vendor before enjoying an included cruise along the river Seine – the perfect way to appreciate the flying buttresses of Notre Dame Cathedral. Then we will visit the Fragonard Perfume Factory where you will be able to purchase all manner of Christmas gifts such as scented candles, rejuvenating creams and other beauty products for your friends and family, at special discounted prices. - Day 4 - Paris – Paris at leisure A day at leisure to do as you please. Paris at this time of year is less crowded, so make the most of the lack of people to get into the Louvre (via the Da Vinci Code’s glass pyramid) or why not enjoy a trip to see the renowned Impressionist paintings in the Musée d’Orsay? (Buffet breakfast)
- Day 5 - Paris – Excursion to Versailles Today we will enjoy an included guided visit to the Palace of Versailles, just outside the French capital – the opulent and extravagant home of the French kings – with its spectacular ornamental gardens. (Buffet breakfast)
- Days 6, 7 & 8 - Paris at leisure Plenty of time for shopping, sightseeing or simply strolling in the Luxembourg Gardens or the elegant Parc Monceau. Paris at night is unique – but especially so at this time of year, when the Champs Elysées is aglow with Christmas lights and the Avenue Montaigne with its designer shops is decorated with such panache, it would be hard to imagine a more astounding or elegant city. Don’t forget to see the Eiffel Tower – gloriously illuminated with special Christmas lights! You may also wish to take in a cabaret show – after all cabaret is what Paris is famous for. Book the Moulin Rouge through our representative – its Christmas shows are exceptional and we have reserved seats! And don’t forget that there are all the places just outside the city, which we can arrange for you to visit including magnificent Chartres Cathedral or a full day trip to Normandy!

- Day 9 - Depart Paris You will never regret having visited Paris at this time of year… it’s exciting, it’s romantic and it’s a great way to spend the Christmas period. Airport Transfers
- London Gateway: Trafalgar passengers purchasing either “Land Only” or “Land and Air” will receive Hotelink transfers during published hours of operation. This is providing that:
- Passengers are staying at a London hotel, booked by Trafalgar on the night of their arrival and the night before their departure.
- Passengers or their Travel Agents supply Trafalgar with accurate flight information not less than 21 days prior to departure.
- European Gateways: Trafalgar passengers purchasing “Land Only” will receive coach transfers at the times published in the brochure at NO extra charge. However, if these “Land Only” passengers arrive outside the brochure advertised coach transfer times they must make their own arrangements at their own expense.
- Passengers purchasing “Land and Air” from Trafalgar will receive coach transfers at times published in the brochure or, if they arrive outside of these set times, then a separate transfer will be booked for them. These transfers will be available only on the days of arrival and departure of the tour.
- Passengers purchasing pre and post tour accommodation must arrange their own transfers regardless of whether or not they have bought “Air” from Trafalgar.
