Southern Caribbean

Eastern Caribbean

Many of the Eastern Caribbean islands have influences from countries in Europe. Take the island of St. Martin / St. Maarten for instance: It is the smallest island to ever be split between two countries, and the French St. Martin and Dutch St. Maarten have coexisted peacefully for 350 years with each side keeping true to its national culture. In addition to the variety of cultures, visitors to the Eastern Caribbean can enjoy partaking in a number of activities.
