Overview

The River Beatrice is to be introduced as the newest and largest of Uniworld’s lavish river cruise ships. With an emphasis on comfort, style, and spacious elegance, the River Beatrice will feature French balconies with 80% of its cabins, a decadent Owner’s Suite, extensive facilities, and top-notch amenities as it ushers 160 guests into the heart of various destinations. On all Uniworld river cruises in Europe, guests enjoy a true destination-focused experience, with one complimentary shore excursion per person at each unforgettable stop along the way.

Dining

The River Beatrice will offer an exquisite restaurant, a 24-hour tea and coffee bar, deck dining, and a panoramic lounge to ensure a variety of menus and tastes for each passenger. As on all of Uniworld’s ships in Europe, the River Beatrice will offer complimentary wine, beer, and sodas with dinner, bottled water, and optional al fresco dining.

Cabins

Each cabin onboard the River Beatrice will provide an up-close view of the passing scenery, 80% of which featuring French balconies. Standard cabins will measure 150 square feet and will be complete with wireless Internet access, spacious closets, flat-screen TVs, and direct-dial telephones. The ship will offer 14 suites at 225 square feet and one Owner’s Suite which measures 300 square feet. The River Beatrice’s cabins are complete with hotel-style bedding, 100% Egyptian cotton linens, European comforters, aromatherapy bath products, and plush robes. Suites onboard the River Beatrice will have additional bath tubs, fresh fruit, and other luxurious amenities.

Entertainment

While en route, passengers will be able to enjoy the River Beatrice’s full-service bar, library, sun deck, and more. Uniworld also provides bicycles onboard the River Beatrice so that adventurous guests can explore each stop more extensively.

Gratuity / Tipping

Uniworld recommends $2 to $3 per-day for the local guide and $1 to $2 per-day for the driver on shore excursions. Uniworld’s suggestion for tips at the end of the cruise is $5 for the tour manager and $10 for the crew on the ship – per day, per guest. Only cash will be accepted for tips.
