Royal Caribbean Majesty of the Seas is the third of three Sovereign class cruise ships beginning service April 26, 1992, following only a year behind the debut of her sister-ship Monarch of the Seas. Majesty of the Seas enjoyed a bow-to-stern multi-million dollar renovation on January 12, 2007, upgrading cabins and all public areas. Guests of Majesty of the Seas will enjoy a completely remodeled pool deck, new spa and fitness center, and beautifully revamped cabins with new carpet, bedding, and flat-screen TVs. This Royal Caribbean cruise ship also upgraded The Viking Crown Lounge and shops in the Centrum, and added the popular Johnny Rockets® diner, Seattle’s Best Coffee®, and Boleros Latin night club, still maintaining favorite gathering places such as the Champagne Bar.
Majesty of the Seas is perfect for family cruises equipped with teen-only areas and other Adventure Ocean® youth facilities, in addition to popular recreational activities such as the rock-climbing wall, open-air basketball court and two outdoor pools. Royal Caribbean cruises aboard Majesty of the Seas offer three- and four-night itineraries to the Bahamas leaving from her homeport of Miami, Florida, and include stops at Royal Caribbean’s privately owned island, Coco Cay, as well as Nassau and Key West.
