Grandeur of the Seas Overview
Grandeur of the Seas debuted December 14, 1996 as part of Royal Caribbean International’s Vision class of cruise ships weighing 74,000 gross tons and accommodating up to 2,446 guests. Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas offers a full-service spa, six whirlpools, an outdoor jogging track, and eight themed bars and lounges that are popular with guests in the evening. This Royal Caribbean cruise ship also offers a rock-climbing wall, outdoor pool, Solarium with indoor/outdoor pool and sliding roof, six-story atrium full of shopping, exciting casino, and the Adventure Ocean® youth facilities that entertain kids ages 3-17 all day long. Royal Caribbean cruises aboard Grandeur of the Seas will take you to some scenic ports of call including itineraries to Bermuda, Western Caribbean, Eastern Caribbean, Southern Caribbean, and Canada and New England. Grandeur of the Seas is mainly based out of Baltimore, Maryland in the US and will be ported in Colon, Panama in the winter of 2010 and 2011.
