Dining

The Celebrity Solstice ship offers 10 new dining facilities where guests can choose between locations conceptualized by some of the world’s top designers in the hospitality business. The result is innovative menus, decadent wine lists, and unmatched atmosphere and service.

Main Dining
The Grand Epernay
The tasty menu at this glamorous dining room will have you coming back for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Peppered bison filet and taro-crusted salmon are only two of the many delicious options as you dine in the company of the restaurant’s dramatic, two-story glass wine tower.

Specialty Dining
Tuscan Grille
This venue is inspired by the charm of “Old World” Italy and the design of a Napa Valley wine cellar. Guests enjoy classic Italian dishes while sipping fine Italian wines.

Silk Harvest
Asian inspired cuisine including Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Indian favorites set this restaurant apart from the rest. Guests can also enjoy the selection of drinks such as sake, Asian-influenced martinis, beers, and delicious cocktails created with regional specialties.

Blu
This Mediterranean inspired venue is only available to guests booked in Celebrity Solstice’s new AquaClass category. The menu features the kind of “clean cuisine” just perfect for a day out on the Celebrity Solstice’s prized lawn, including roasted beet salad with goat cheese and entrees such as blackened ahi tuna and herb-crusted rack of lamb.

Murano
Designed by BG Studios of New York, this elegant venue provides ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows, bone china, and an exquisite menu to match featuring Maine lobster and wines from around the world.

Casual Dining
Bistro on Five
Grab a crêpe to go or stay and enjoy the view from this Wilson Butler Associates designed venue. Also featured are sandwiches, fish and chips, soups, salads, chicken potpie, and more.

Café al Bacio and Gelateria
The perfect stop for a mid-afternoon treat, this upscale coffeehouse will satisfy you with its options of tea, coffee, fresh pastries, and a wide selection of authentic gelatos and Italian ices.

AquaSpa Café
For a relaxing snack, the AquaSpa café offers cuisine that pairs perfectly with the Solarium’s light, airy ambiance.

Mast Grill and Bar
Poolside, there is no better venue than the Mast Grill and Bar. Simple and fast options include burgers, tacos, Rueben sandwiches, and onion rings.

Oceanview Café and Grill
This diverse café features a menu that changes depending on the region that you are sailing in. This breakfast, lunch, and dinner option offers plenty of outdoor seating and a casual environment in which to enjoy the sunshine and local flavors. In the evenings, inside seating provides a casual dinner alternative.

Entertainment

Some highlights of the entertainment and activities you can enjoy onboard the Celebrity Solstice include:

The Lawn Club
The Celebrity Solstice’s half-acre, real lawn is larger than an Olympic-sized swimming pool, equivalent to over 8 tennis courts, and 3 times larger than New York’s Rockefeller Center ice skating rink. A first at sea, the real grass sets the tone for the main-deck country club atmosphere known as ‘The Lawn Club’. Guests are invited to play bocce ball or croquet, enjoy a picnic with a basket of wine and cheese, show off their putting skills, or stretch out and take a nap in the warm sun. The surrounding patio affords the freedom of lounging in a chair with a good book, chatting over a cup of gourmet coffee with friends, or enjoying the beautiful views from the deck in the comfort of a casual, yet luxurious atmosphere.

Hot Glass Show
Celebrity Cruises is collaborating with the glassblowing expertise of the Corning Museum of Glass to produce the Hot Glass Show, which will provide demonstrations and live performances of glassblowing on the upper deck of the ship. The performances are designed to awe the audience with their art and beauty, as well as educate passengers about the history and science of glassblowing. The Hot Glass Show takes place in a custom-made, outdoor glassmaking studio, and will feature 3 highly skilled resident glassblowing artists.

Kids

The Celebrity Solstice has two different – but equally fun – venues onboard for kids of all ages to participate in. The first is the Fun Factory, which is aimed at 3 through 12-year-olds and the second is the X-Club for teenagers. Both are designed to ensure kids onboard have just as much fun as their parents and feature a variety of activities, including select family events.

Dress Code

You will need 3 types of clothing on your Celebrity cruise: casual shipboard attire or day wear, conservative port wear, and eveningwear.

Daywear includes slacks or pants, blouses or shirts, knit tops, or polo shirts. Bringing a pair of sneakers or rubber-soled shoes is also recommended for deck sports. In addition, a swimsuit cover-up is beneficial for cooler areas on the ship.

Port wear for women includes a casual dress, skirt and blouse, or pants outfit; for men, casual pants or walking shorts, and polo-type shirts. Wearing comfortable walking shoes is also highly recommended, as is bringing extra bathing suits, sun block, sun visors, and other types of sun protection.

On casual nights, a sport shirt and slacks is recommended for men, while women are advised to wear a pantsuit, skirt and blouse, or casual dress.

On informal nights, men are requested to wear a jacket, shirt, and slacks, while women may want to wear a suit or dress. Please note, jeans are not permitted.

For the formal nights – including the Captain’s Welcome Aboard Cocktail Party, dinner on the second night, and the Captain’s Farewell Dinner held the next-to-last night of the cruise – an evening gown for women and a tuxedo or dress suit for men is appropriate.
